I used a textured filter on the daffodils. I wanted it to look like it was on a canvas, but using a masking layer brought some of the flowers to life. So it may look like they are growing from the canvas. I used an adjustment layer on Daisy. I desaturated her with hue/saturation layer and with a masking layer brought back the pink in her harness.
That puppy is adorable! I think the adjustment layers you used were creative. The picture looks good with only the pink harness.
